Christine Margarete Anderson (born July 29, 1968, is a German politician who has been serving as a Member of the European Parliament since 2019. She was labeled an activist of the right-wing Pegida alliance by the news magazine Der Spiegel in 2018. At the time, she stated her goal as being Germany.
EU Criticism
Anderson has been an outspoken critic of the European Union. In her opinion on the proposal for the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council establishing an EU Talent pool, she stated that the EU is "elitist, detached, and unresponsive to the concerns of its citizens."
Personal Life and Career
Following the birth of her third daughter in 2002, Anderson stayed at home as a housewife until her election to the European Union Parliament.
